The No-Nonsense Termite Company takes pride in our wood replacement as well as in the finished product.
- We take the time to hand select each piece of lumber in order to provide the best grade of lumber for our clients.
- After we select the lumber we pre-treat the new wood with a fungicide and termicide (Tim-bor™) on all six sides of the wood.
- After the chemical has set for 24 hours we then, optionally, apply two coast of primer (Kiltz™) to the wood.
In addition to our professional carpentry services we offer preventative maintenance service. Including; Caulking, French Drains, Screening, Pier and Pad Replacement, Leveling, Skirting and Ventilation. All lumber is sealed and primed before installation and comes with a one year parts and labor guarantee.
