Michael Williams, CEO and founder of, The “No-Nonsense” Termite Company in the city of Orange, Orange County, California in 1996. He is the owner and operator and has been licensed as a Branch III Inspector since 1973. 
Mitch Ealy, VP of Operations, came on board in 1999. His years of expertise in the fields of business management and engineering have been immensely valuable to us during the last ten years. Mitch is also a licensed Branch II and III inspector and Licensed General Contractor. We called ourselves the “No-Nonsense” Termite Company because we’re here simply to serve you and eliminate your pest problem without any distractions or “Nonsense”.
